Artfully arranged and beautifully executed antique Irish crochet lace collar or stole features elements of the grape harvest, including the fruit, leaves and vines.  Detailed, fluid and meaningful design that rivals the best of it's type in any collection.  A wee bit of age on the attached crochet lace edge on one end is shown below. Linen thread was used in it's is creamy white and otherwise spotless, in perfect condition and has been freshly laundered and gently pressed.  c.1880's  7" X 44"
